Pros: Unbeatable materials / design - ASUS & Gigabyte's flagship Haswell boards don't even come close
4-way SLI capable
BIOS includes an insane amount of overclocking options
OC genie makes OC'ing too easy
The LED lighting is awesome to see - MSI logo, OC buttons, 'Audio Boost', the yellow audio PCB separation line, and the 'X' all light up, and the 'X' pulses. Also the backside of the board has LEDs so there is a glow emanating around it. Wow.
Cons: This 'best' Haswell board is also the most expensive out right now.
The HDMI & Display port covers need to be removed prior to installing mobo in your case - they will not easily pull out past the backplate without risking damaging it.
The WiFi module must be attached before installing the mobo in the case.
Other Thoughts: We've built several Haswell rigs so far, and while Gigabyte's Sniper 5 & ASUS's Deluxe/Dual are also great boards that we likewise had no major probs with so far, they just don't hold a candle to this MSI XPower. This is definitely the board I'm keeping for my new system.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Google: "Can Dual Nvidia GTX 760s Outperform A $999 Titan?"
Spoiler: Yes, oh yes they can. ;-)
Comes with a 'Game of PWNs' poster. lol
Got mine installed in my new build a couple days ago and have been hammering away at it ever since. This one card is waaaay better performing than my old rig's dual GTX 550 Ti's in SLI.
Cons: I personally wish it had dual HDMI instead of a displayport, but that's typical for all cards these days. Not a big deal though.
Other Thoughts: I just placed my order for my 2nd card so I can SLI these bad boys together. I was in a mild panic the past couple days when I saw this card was sold out on NewEgg. Thankfully it was just temporary. Can't hardly wait until it gets here.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Prolimatech PRO-BV12 120mm Blue Vortex 12 Case Cooler
Pros: Awesome balance of CFM to noise
Beautiful color matches my system layout
These work great with my Cosmos 2 case's fan controller
Cons: They weren't free. They won't do the dishes or take out the garbage.
Other Thoughts: I bought 8 of these 120mm fans and one 140mm to replace the ones that came stock with my case (all except the front 200mm & the 2 silentwings fans in my Dark Rock Pro 2 CPU cooler) plus fill up all the optional fan mounts. All 9 of the Prolimatech fans installed easily, look amazing and work great.
Even after going from 5 fans (incl the cpu cooler) to 13 fans in all, the noise level of all of them maxed out seems to generate even less noise than the stock fan configuration and they weren't even rated to but about half the CFM that these are.
