Vantec Tornado 92mm Double Ball Bearing High Air Flow Case Fan - Model TD9238H

5 out of 5 eggs Not loud/amazing performance 02/15/2007

This review is from: Vantec Tornado 92mm Double Ball Bearing High Air Flow Case Fan - Model TD9238H

Pros: Well, first of all, this fan is very quiet. The volume begins in the air flow but, complain to someone else about the air making too much noise.
Moves an unrealistic amount of air, this is my replacement for a 120mm fan.

Cons: I would normally have said the depth of this fan is too much(though understandable because of the design that makes it move so much air) but in this case it's depth makes it almost touch my zalman 9700, and makes for very nice air cooling.

Other Thoughts: Be sure you have intakes or it will pull air from things that should be exhausts even. I use a tornado 80mm as a top intake. That blows all the way to the bottom. But the 80's actually have a loud mechanical whir.
