Pros: The advertised speed of 2133Mhz cas9 @ 1.6v on an AMD system WILL require overclocking. XMS profiles aren't support by AMD directly nor is the 2133Mhz a normal clock rate.
AM3/AM3+ socket only supports 1866Mhz "overclock" the factory AM3/AM3+ CPU memory controller in the CPU die only supports 1333/1600Mhz, so even 1866mhz is overclocking the memory controller via BIOS override.
This doesn't memory this memory isn't for you. BUT...
If you have the proper cooling and knowledge to fine tune your CPU/MEMORY controller than this will work for you.
I personally would recommend finding a low cas8 1866MHz kit from Gskill if your planning on an AMD build. The Newegg and GSkill part number is below.
I can only recommend this kit for motherboards of socket 1155 Kits, Such as the P67, Z68 and Z77 chipsets.
The part numbers below will save a lot of AMD customers and newegg RMA department time.

Pros: Runs very cool and quick. I was coming from a SLi GTX295s and found the heat was too much and microshuttering was a hard to deal with. I sold the cards on the net and purchased 1 of the GTX680s. This card out does both GTX295s and some!

Pros: Layout was perfect. Dual molex to the PCI-E bus was a great idea. The Bios with the correct knowledge of understanding computers took no brain thought at all.
Cons: What Asus doesnt tell People is when enabling your 2200Mhz DDR3 to XMP it only sets them to 2133. I had to raise the bus to the value of 103 to correct the XMP to 2200 on how it should be set. Future bios may fix this bug or maybe a FAQ page on ASUS website might help users understand.
Other Thoughts: I was Pro EVGA for everything untill EVGA dropped the ball. ASUS has brought us what we have been asking forever. This board has everything someone with a 1155 CPU would ever need. After doing tests with my SLI GTX295 in dual 16x mode and in SLI without the NF200 in dual 8x mode, i found no improvement at all with Frame rates. I'm currently running my cards in slot 1 and 3 for the best cooling reasons and its working out great.
