This review is from: Lenovo 0A36304 ThinkPad T410 T510 W510 Notebook Battery
Pros: Well, I can fly to Europe and back with my t430 on a single charge, so, y'know, there's that.
Cons: It's pretty heavy, so if you can't lift an 8 lb laptop for some reason, this thing probably isn't for you. Of course, I've always been of the opinion that it never mattered how thin a laptop is. See 'pros' section for why i don't give two hoots about the heft.
Also, be forewarned that, for reasons beyond all reckoning, Lenovo disabled force discharging of batteries in their (nonetheless awesome) newer battery control firmware, so you can't really do wear leveling between two batteries anymore. This battery will thus wear a tad more quickly than the internal battery, so I just charge it to about 80% and store it when I don't need to go 28 hours without a charge.
Other Thoughts: Man; ain't technology just grand?READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
Pros: Well, this freak of science is somehow managing to keep all cores on my 3770k below 70C while I'm running an mprime torture test. Oh, and that 3770k is delidded and running at 5Ghz and 1.4Vcore. What.
It's actually idling a degree below ambient right now.
And it's dead silent, FFTs or no. I can hear crickets in the distance while this silly thing is just cartin' off the heat.
Cons: It's really huge. Like, practical joke big. It dwarfs my poor mini-ITX board, but it DOES fit in my Bitfenix Prodigy, so, y'know, there's that
Other Thoughts: My little mITX project got a GTX 670 and this bad boy today, and it now has the density of a neutron star. Seriously, this thing is heavy.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill RX-C200P 2.5" SSD / HDD Plastic Mounting Kit for 3.5" Drive Bay
Pros: Well, they hold two 2.5" drives, and fit in a 3.5" slot. I'd call that a success.
Cons: None.READ FULL REVIEW
