Pros: I bought this SSD more than a year ago for my i7 laptop and i love it. No problems with it.
Once you try SSD you never go back.
Speed is as advertised, near 300mb/s read and write.
It doesn't make noise and turbulence like old drives did.
Because it doesn't have moving parts, it saves battery.
Boot speed is less then 20 seconds on windows 7 and restart is less then 30 seconds
Cons: It doesn't support sleep mode and it crashes most of the time when try to activate it(blue screen) but none of the ssd support it. Not really a cons, since the boot time is so fast, shutdown can be used instead of sleeping mode.
Other Thoughts: I was using my laptop with an external portable 500gb usb 2.0 hard drive. Now i'm looking for an external enclosure that supports USB 3.0 then i will make my SSD drive external, to fully benefit from USB 3.0 technology. It's place will take a 240gb newer and faster SSDREAD FULL REVIEW
