This review is from: Phanteks PH-F140HP PH-F140HP_WT 140mm CPU Cooler Fan
Pros: Sturdy frame, good color, cable looks and feels premium, good air quantity
Cons: Pretty noisy, unfortunately. Bought this based on several reviews touting its quietness, but this was anything but. Ticking/clicking noise was present at all times, and low motor hum at lower speeds. Unacceptable for something at this price and returning it costs just as much. Bummer. Also, the rubber dampers on the screw holes should be more pronounced, as they just get squished by the screw and provide zero dampening to the case.
Other Thoughts: Try another brand. Sometimes Noctuas aren't the quietest, but their quality control helps with consistency. I'm sure someone has this fan and it's perfect, but I got a lemon.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very quiet at idle and medium load, good build quality, black PCB, metal cooler shroud, staggered PCIe connectors, lowest-profile card height possible on this series, one of the fastest factory overclocked GTX 770s for a decent price.
Cons: Power hungry, gets pretty hot at full load and you'll definitely hear the fans then. Color scheme not for everyone, I'm sure.
Other Thoughts: Horizontal cooling direction for air so at least some of the heat goes outside the case through the PCI bracket. Lowest possible card height for certain cases (like mine, where the PCIe power connection makes contact with the case side and couldn't tolerate a millimeter more). Good value for the money vs. other brands with lower base and boost clockspeeds and noisier cooling systems.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Plextor M3 Series 2.5" 128GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) PX-128M3
Pros: -Fast! Incredibly responsive
-Fancy toggle NAND
-High quality fit and finish
-Comes with 3.5" adapter
Cons: -Slightly pricey compared to some things (especially when they're on sale)
-Should be at the 7mm z-height like the M3 Pro model (no reason not to be)
Other Thoughts: Great performer - this is probably my 10th SSD purchase, so I have a lot of experience with different brands and types. Much faster than the Crucial m4 of the same size. Stable, fast, responsive.READ FULL REVIEW
