This review is from: Rosewill RNX-N4PS IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wireless-N 2.0 Router (2T3R) Up to 300Mbps Data Rates/ WPA/WPA2 (AES, 64,128-WEP with shared-key authentication), WPS/ Power Saving Solution/ Hardware WPA button
Pros: Cheap, great data rates even to regular 802.11g clients (I typically see nearly twice the transfer rate on average). Pretty reliable, so I far I have:
Uptime 298 days 13 hours 45 min 19 sec
Cons: Somewhat quirky on setup, but if you are experienced you should have no problem
Other Thoughts: Generally this is a pretty good unit as it has been reliable (not needing rebooted because it locked up). I just recently acquired a TP-Link equivalent and that piece of garbage keeps freezing up on me...
I also have the 2 antenna model from Rosewill and that has generally been pretty good.
This review is from: Verbatim 8.5GB 8X DVD+R DL 30 Packs Spindle Disc Model 96542
Pros: Seem to be working now in the new drive.
Cons: Didn't work in my old drive.
Other Thoughts: I ended up buying a spindle of Memorex DLs from Best buy, and had trouble with those too. Well I started to become suspicious of my DVD burners, both are old (4-5 years).
So i bought a new Samsung DVD burner from here on newegg and installed it. So far these discs are burning ok in that new drive. I guess the laser in my older drives are worn out.
This is still kinda strange as 2-3 months ago I had another spindle of these and they burned just fine in my older NEC, and read fine in the older Plextor...so I don't know.
I give 5 stars to balance out my 1 star.
