This review is from: GWC UA-270 (UA270) USB A Male to PS/2 Female Adapter
Pros: Works flawlessly with my 1994 IBM Model M13 keyboard!
Cons: A bit bulky but no worries
Other Thoughts: Other ps2 to usb converters/adapters wouldnt work at all or if they did, they would cut out. for example if im playing a first person shooter and im holding W to run forward, if i then continue to hold W but also hold D to run diagnoally but then let go of D to run straight again, it will cut out on the W key after about 3 seconds despite the fact I never let go of the key. This was my last shot in the dark as clickykeyboards, unicomp, and other websites that mainly deal with model M keyboards suggest this ps2 to usb adapter.. and man were they right! Save yourself the trouble and buy this adapter if youre using an old school keyboard!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS P8H61-I (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H61 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
Pros: EFI Bios, PCI Express 2.0 slot, USB 3.0, HD Audio, many sata ports for a small mobo, supports bootable usb devices.
Cons: 1 Case fan header, placement of CPU socket -may- hinder some aftermarket cpu coolers,
Other Thoughts: I bought this motherboard and installed an i5 2400, 4gig dimm of 1333 corsair ram, and a Radeon 4850. Computer would crash within 1 to 10 minutes of use, or instantly sometimes when I tried to play a game or fullscreen a video. I tried windows 8, windows 7, updated the bios, 4 different sets of drivers, and tried a DIFFERENT Radeon 4850. Nothing would fix this issue. Got rid of the 4850 and bought a GTX280. Havent had problems since. I dont know if they were both bad 4850's or if the motherboard and computer setup dont like Radeon. Either way ATI/AMD Radeon have always had shoddy drivers and stability with their cards.
This motherboard is great, supports usb bootable devices and has many usb and sata ports. Great full feature motherboard in a small package!
