This review is from: VisionTek 900340 Active DisplayPort to DVI-D Adapter
Pros: It plugs into a displayport and DVI-D
Cons: - Does not work
- The computer detects the monitor that is connected to the adapter, but the display never receives an image.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this to enable a 4th monitor on my Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X video card.
I tested this on a Windows PC and a Mac Pro. It did not work on either of the computers. The system would detect the additional monitor, but would not output anything to the display.
I tested various monitor configurations to see if that had any impact. It did not.
This review is from: Mushkin Enhanced MKNSSDBRKT2535 2.5" to 3.5" drive adapter bracket
Pros: Mounts an SSD to 3.5"
Cons: I purchased this mount because I need to fit my SSD into my supermicro hot swap bay. I was hopeful because it has an offset mount. Unfortunately it does not fit. The offset isn't in the correct position.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: - Lots of space for the price.
- Decent warranty
- WD has a fast turn-around for RMAs
Cons: I just had ANOTHER drive fail the SMART test.
I have had 5 out of 6 of these drives FAIL. YES, you read that correctly. WD says this isn't normal. I'm pretty sure that the statistics of my situation would say otherwise.
BE VERY WARY of this drive. Be sure to consistently run SMART tests on it.
Other Thoughts: This is a continuation of my previous review. The only reason that I am not dropping to 1 egg is because of WD's excellent turn-around for RMAs.
Hopefully I just happened to get a bad batch.
