This review is from: Rosewill RANGER-M Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case
Pros: It was delivered and fast that's it........
Oh! it came with two fans whoo hoo...
Cons: 1. light as air.
2. unbelievably thin metal.
3 2 dollars more of metal could do wonders.
4. Even the screws were not the good screws some kind of aluminum cheap screws
Other Thoughts: OK I have been building PC sense the old PC's 286 like 1984 so were talking hundreds of PC's and this is the cheap thinnest metal PC I have ever seen on a case. Now I was not expecting much but Rosewell has never disappointed me but this is an abomination for a structural standpoint. Just a few more mm on the metal would have made it so much more sound and worthy of Rosewell quality...boy they missed the mark on this one.
I usually love Rosewell stuff good strong stuff.
Pros: OK well it worked and it did burn a dvd but it got stuck and would not stop so I had to push a Paper clip in the little hole to get my disk out.
Cons: The first thing I noticed is the tray came out and was wobbling. Side to side it moves a lot.
Second it makes noise at bootup and when opening and closing more than most other drives.
Finally as stated above it got stuck spinning and would not stop or eject the disk.
Other Thoughts: I bought it for the wifes machine and she will never burn stuff but for any other folks spend 5 bucks more and get a better drive trust me on this one.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: This is my 2nd one of these boards and I have never even had a glitch nada...
As with all new mobos I do a clean install of windows 7.
I have used two different brands of memory all worked Ripjaws and Crucial.
With rebate it is $44.00 now that is a real deal
Other Thoughts: I know most folks on this site know what I am about to say:
Make sure your power supply is a good one...
Check your tray standoffs before mounting this is a MICRO old standoffs might need to be removed or repositioned.
Make sure your case connections are correct ie...Power,Power Led,HD,HD Led,Reset
Finally.....ALWAYS check check and dbl...check before pushing that power button.
