Pros: Great motherboard, good design, feels well constructed. Looks really cool. Haven't had a single problem or complaint about it.
I haven't tried doing any overclocking, I'm running everything stock. I doubt I'll have a problem with that either.
I don't particularly like the killer network software that starts on boot every time, but that's just me. I'm highly suspicious of any software that thinks it should start with my OS.

Pros: I bought two of these. One for my own gaming build and one for one I was building for my brother. Both installed fairly easy. The plugs are a little stiff and hard to plug in, but that is not a complaint at all, better stiff plugs than loose ones.
Despite being amazing in functionality and ease of use, they look pretty amazing as well.
My first ever PSU's that I've actually picked out myself for my first two ever custom builds, and I'm highly satisfied. If you've got the money, and are considering getting this, I highly recommend it.
