This review is from: 2 Pcs 3 Pin Female to Dual Male PC Cooling Fan Y Splitter Extension Cable 20cm
Pros: This allowed me to plug in two fans from one connector. does its job. And it tougher than I expected. I have had fans fall and yank on them time and time again with no breaks in the cables. and I have never had any faulty cables come from this vendor.
Cons: it feels cheep and looks tacky in an all black system. But it is much tougher than I expected from a cheap splitter.
Other Thoughts: I would Highly recommend this to anybody who needs more fan headers in there system But don't want to spend a lot of money. I am really happy with this product and will always come back for more.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This SSD is amazing and lasts a surprisingly long time for how much you spend on it.
I have had it for a while now and I haven't had any issue with it.
Its also great for main boot drive. and there is no noticeable difference in speed between this and the Samsung 840 evo.
And it also has an all aluminum body great for cooling... not that you would need too, this SSD doesn't get warm in the slightest weather under load or at idle.
Cons: it can seem a bit cheep at first glance But then again most SSD's are that way.
Other Thoughts: its certainly not the Best SSD out there But it isnt the worst either. There isnt really any other SSD out there at this price point with the speeds and reliability that this one has.
At this time of reviewing the 240GB seems to be the Best sweet Spot of pricing.
Pros: This Board offers a lot at its price point! and everything works flawlessly!! the Bios is nicely laid out and easy to manage. and the M.2 slot is a nice addition. it all just works! no need to tweak anything.
over clocking on this board is nice too the automatic overclocking is easy to use, with manual mode for advanced users too. it just works.
Cons: now for the reason of the 2 eggs the north and south bridge it extremely HOT!!!too HOT!!
I was done with a gaming session without overclocking! and I was curious about what other people have been saying about the north and south bridges so I opened my case too feel the heat sinks and I got A NICE BIG BLISTER!!! ouch this board is WAY TO HOT!! and it wasn't a week later and the board had died. I should have returned the board as soon as it gave me a blister. so I had to go back to my old asrock 970 extreme4
and yes I have adequate air flow
Other Thoughts: did I mention that everything Just works?
Asrock if you are reading this please do something about your cooling issues! if this continues you will lose your reputation. you people make good boards.
this heat issue applies to all of your other boards too.
The single block of aluminum will not cut it. go back to the fin designs if need bee put a cap over the fins just not a solid block of aluminum with 2 slits in it.
