TP-LINK TL-WN822N Wireless N300 High Gain USB Adapter, 300 Mbps, Dual 3dBi External Antennas, w/ WPS Button, IEEE 802.1b/g/n, WEP / WPA / WPA2, Plug & Play in Windows 10 (32 bit & 64 bit)

Pros: I like the long cord so I have the option of moving it around a bit to maximize signal reception. Pleasant appearance and seems sturdy enough. Boosted my 54mbps G laptop to 130mbps N.

Cons: Not quite the 300mbps advertised but I'll tweak it and see what I can do.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend to others.
I would purchase again.
Too early to tell if there is anything I would change about it.

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C9D-16GXM

Pros: G.SKILL memory has proven itself worthy, time and again. Plugged in these 2 modules and fired it up. No issues at all and my new build runs smooth as silk. Previously purchased 16GB of G.SKILL which has worked flawlessly for 2 years in my last build.

Cons: None yet. In use only a few days.

Other Thoughts: I recommend this memory.
I would purchase again.
I wouldn't mind seeing a price reduction.

Rosewill RNX-N300UB, Wireless N300 USB Wi-Fi Adapter, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, Up to 300 Mbps Wireless Data Rates, USB 2.0 Interface, WPS for Easy Connectivity, Soft AP Mode

  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Small, inexpensive ($14.99). That's about all the pros I can extend it.

Cons: Doesn't work as advertised. Installed as instructed but status was showing only 1Mbps. Downloaded drivers directly from Rosewill and was only able to boost signal to 58Mbps. Not performing like an N adapter at all. My Rosewill RNX-N180UBEv2 is pushing almost 150Mbps on another machine so it's not my network or this laptop, it's this adapter. Should have picked up 2 of the RNX-N180UBEv2 and left this one behind.

Other Thoughts: I cannot recommend this product for obvious reasons.
I would not purchase again and wish I could return/exchange it for a different adapter. Shipping alone would be prohibitive.
