This review is from: RJ45 LAN Extension Adapter Cable HOT USB CAT5/ CAT5E/6
Pros: Timely shipping. About a week from China, not bad.
Cons: May be hit-or-miss with longer CAT cables. In testing with a 150' CAT5E it seems to only charge my phone erratically, but works consistently w/ a normal length CAT5E. I'll see in a few weeks if it works for what I need it for (150' wifi adaptor).
Other Thoughts: Was not entirely sure it'll do the job I need it for (150' cable), but for a few bucks, I can take the chance.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great Sound.
Good enough range on wireless.
Solid Battery (so far).
Cons: 1 earpiece broke from the headband after 9 months. Now it just dangles by the cord.
Other Thoughts: Couldn't have been happier w/ it until just today, they'd been great. But I was simply lifting the earpieces away from each other to put the headset over my ears and one snapped, as simple as that.
The band itself is pretty heavy-duty, a solid metal band, but they have weak little plastic sockets they screw into. This is where they snapped. They don't see particularly heavy usage, I don't ever cram them into a backpack or anything like that.
Pros: Awesomely wide,
Perfect Size for side-by-side windows,
Great for Spreadsheets,
Great for Movies,
Good for Games
Cons: my 23.6" was .5" taller...
Other Thoughts: Bought this primarily for work and while I wish it were a bit taller it works well for coding. I dual it w/ a 20" monitor tilted on its side, so that helps to make up for this monitor's height inadequacies.
I was really torn between this and the 27" (which actually have more total pixels, more real estate) as they were comparable in price. Ultimately chose this as it seemed like it'd be the better choice for work. I feel like I probably made the right choice.
I also use this for some gaming and it works very nicely for any 1st/3rd person games (skyrim, wow, borderlands are all beautiful w/ the wide view). Top-down games like sc2 or lol are nice but would probably be better served w/ the 27" (that minimap is pretty far in the peripheral vision heh).
In the end, I'm still curious how I woulda felt w/ the 27", but am ultimately happy w/ my purchase.
