Pros: Fast, extremely high frame rate on Skyrim and other games when crossfired
Cons: I bought 1 of these, installed it and loved it. I thought, I sure would like a second to crossfire and that is where the troubles began. I have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R (note the manufacturer of the motherboard) and when two of these boards are installed the bottom one blocks the airflow of the top one. Then it runs too hot and locks up your PC. I bought Bit-Fenix fans for my case, highest CFM I could find, and that worked for awhile but finally the top card gave out. I contacted Gigabyte to ask for their opinion with no avail. Got some broken response from them. Another note, ATI-Radeon in crossfire only uses the bottom video card if the application is in full screen mode so if you don't run a game in full screen mode the bottom card's only job is to block the air flow of the top card. Nice design. And furthermore, it is not a reference design so you can't get a liquid cooler for this card. I have to say really?!?
Other Thoughts: Fortunately I bought the extended warranty and had a second card. The bottom card since it was mostly inactive is still good. back to newegg you goREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: It did speed my aging computer up a bit
Cons: I installed this in a P4 3.2GHz Gigabyte 8KNXP motherboard along side a pair of CMX1024-3200C2 parts because the corsair memory is discontinued. This memory ran ultra hot and soon the computer was rebooting continuously. Removed this memory and the computer runs normal albeit slower than with the memory installed.
Other Thoughts: I up'ed the motherboard DIMM voltage to 2.6 as this memory is supposed to run 2.6 - 2.75 V. No luck, ran even hotterREAD FULL REVIEW
