This review is from: Razer DeathAdder Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse
Pros: Sturdy, nice buttons, previous experience with razer points to high reliability and durability
Cons: MUST open an account with razer to CONFIGURE your mouse
Other Thoughts: I have an old copperhead and the buttons are having issues. I have had the mouse for a few years, so I believe Razer products to be durable. In searching for a replacement, I found this mouse. The specifications are good and I was ready to make my purchase until I saw the posts about having to open and account with razer to configure your mouse. Why is that necessary? The configuration file is tiny and can easily be stored on the device. There is absolutely no reason to be FORCED to give razer your personal information and keep the configurations on their servers..
Just to be sure of this requirement, I contacted razer about the online account and here's their response:
Hi there Ali,
My name is Raymond and I will be assisting you today. From your last email I can see that your wondering if you need to create an account and an internet connection to use our deathadder drivers?
The answer is yes. You will need to download Synapse 2.0 which is our cloud based driver solution for our software and create an account.
However, you will not need a permanent internet connection. Once you create an account and login you can then select offline mode.
If you do have any questions please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

Pros: This mouse feels great in my hand. It has a nice weight and buttons are easy to reach. The cord is braided and feels sturdy.
Cons: Installing drivers disables the buttons and the sensitivity goes to almost zero. No response from tech support.
Other Thoughts: I had really high hopes for this mouse. It fits my hand well and buttons are nicely placed. The aluminum body and weight are just right for me. I worked fine when I plugged it in, but as soon as I installed the latest drivers, the buttons stopped responding and the mouse sensitivity went to zero. The only way to contact their so-called tech support is by email, which they have not replied to. This is going back since the company doesn't have competent staff to meet customers' needs.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Transcend JetFlash 760 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model TS32GJF760
Pros: Fast read speed
Cons: Very slow write speed
Other Thoughts: According the datasheet for the 760/770 drives, the write speed for the 760 should be around 68, but I'm getting around 15. The advertised sequential read speeds are very close. I have a feeling there is a typo on the datasheet. It shows 68 MB write speed for the 760 and 15 MB for the 770. I have a feeling the numbers should be swapped because the difference between 15 and 68 is huge.
I used the same software to benchmark my old PatriotXT USB 2.0 drive and the write speed were pretty much the same.
