Pros: Nothing yet will update as I use, but it's my second RAT, which I really like.
Cons: Took an Egg of for New Egg's shipping. Use to like this company, but I don't know what is the matter with their shipping. Their competitors get things to me in one or two days.
This item was ordered on 5 Dec. It started out in Dulles VA, 5 miles from my home. Took a trip to Philadelphia, and then Maryland. 11 days to make a 5 mile trek. In comparison, with the same order I got a monitor from Korea. It shipped out of Inchon South Korea and made the 8,000 mile trip in 3 days. Wake up New Egg your gonna go out of business if you don't compete.
Pros: One power cable. Fits in standard 5.25 slot and hold four 2.5 inch SSD. Two cooling fans on the back.
Cons: Need to pay attention to the install. I put two screw into this from the mounting bracket on my box. These stuck out so much I couldn't put SSDs in two of the slots.Very tight need a flat short screw, which doesn't come with it. Make sure the SSDs are on it's rail when inserting they can be added wrong. No seamless. Big gap between drive bay.
Other Thoughts: While I did have some cons this product is the right price and fit my needs perfectly. The gaps between the drives will help airflow even thought they give it a flimsy look.
Plan on buying more of these.
This review is from: ASUS Maximus III GENE LGA 1156 Intel P55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Misleading statement about Raid support in SATA III. Not very easy to OC.
Other Thoughts: Just a so so board. Bought it cause everyone thinks Asus is so great. ASUS won't be my next board.READ FULL REVIEW
