QUMAX Xarmor U9W USB RF Wireless Standard Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Brown Switches
  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

4 out of 5 eggs Keys fell fine except for Spacebar 11/05/2011

This review is from: QUMAX Xarmor U9W USB RF Wireless Standard Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Brown Switches

Pros: Keys feel nice. Coming from standard keyboard to mechanical feels amazing.

Cons: The Tx light in the upper left will flash everytime you push a key. The biggest con that I can't seem to get over is the space bar. It is angles upwards from front to back making your thumb work against the space bar rather than a fluid gliding motion.

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870 DirectX 11 100314SR 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Handles games very well on high. Runs pretty quite and temps don't go above moderate when on full load.

Cons: The card ran like a beauty for the first few months that I had it. I updated the card a few weeks ago and now videos will freeze and show a green screen and then crash. I get this problem signature (Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
OS Version: 6.1.7600. and have tried to troubleshoot it and it leads me to believe that it is being caused by the new update.

ZALMAN CNPS9900MAX-B 135mm Long life bearing CPU Cooler Blue LED

Pros: This thing is a workaholic. My cpu temps went from 68C all the way to 25C! This thing is a piece of art and is definitely worth the money.

Cons: Large enough to force me to take off one of my 120mm fans on the side of my case in order for it to fit, but a small price to pay for such an amazing product.

Other Thoughts: I went over to a friend's house on the weekend to hang out and build my new computer that I ordered for Christmas. So there we were, in a empty house with a bag of some fine smelling cali-bud. One look at each other and we knew what had to be done. We ran down the stairs and hit the gravity bong a few times each and moosied our way to the kitchen. After filling up on some delicious goodness one of the most complicated and diabolical tasks was to be completed. It took the two of us literally 45 minutes to read the diagrams and try to understand what pieces needed to go where. We eventually figured it out, but we feel like one of the back plates should have been on. If you take anything this story, heed my advice, do not.. I not..try to build this while high.
