This review is from: Optical Quantum 25GB 6X BD-R Inkjet Printable 25 Packs Disc Model OQBDR06WIP-H-25
Pros: I have burned over 300 bd-r reliably with Optical Quantum, Verbatim, Philips, Ritek Ridata and even Merax discs (a non recognizable brand that I have yet to burn a coaster on) with my LG-WH10LS30 & LG-WH12LS38. See Other thoughts. I currently using this stock, OQBDR04WHIP-H, and OQBDRDL06WIPH-10 (the DL 50GB printable.) All burns played on various brands of consumer Bluray players (Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Vizio and even a cheapo Sherwood.)
Cons: not a con - just a suggestion. buy them on sale to maximize cost per gb.
Other Thoughts: For Andrew Johnson - check your burner's firmware revision level as there has been notices about write descriptors supports for older LG drives. I personally updated my WH10LS30 with the LG Electronics BH10LS30 Firmware Version 1.01 successfully to support the 6x/8x descriptors these disks will have. It is also equally important not to use max speed settings when burning onto these disc but set it to 4x (which rarely ever failed to succesfully burn a disc) or 6x for burn speeds. The few coasters that I did managed to created where cause by improper settings and firmware support of manufacturer's write descriptors. Bon Chance!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Team F108 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive (Golden) Model TG032GF108N3
Pros: see other thoughts but based on Syd Midnight's benchmark - yeah it's a nice little usb drive
Cons: not an owner yet.
Other Thoughts: Practically all thumb drives are formatted as fat32 which doe not support files = or > than 4Gb in size. Reformat it to ntfs is you want filesizes of 4Gb+ in size. No reason to takeaway eggs for your lack of knowledge.READ FULL REVIEW
