Pros: *I7 *8MB of L3 cache *4 cores *Barely goes over 30% while running Chrome and various Minecraft 'packs' *Runs BF4, and DayZ without any issue *Amazingly fast compared to my old I3 *Easily Over Clocked to 4.6Ghz *No issues what so ever *Uses less energy compared to Ivy-Bridge *22 nm
Cons: *haswell' *Intel removed one of Haswell's proposed data channels
Pros: *Fast *Easily OC to 4.5Ghz *Multitasking is great *Barely goes above 15% running Tekkit and FTB *Easily runs Battlefield 4 and DayZ with absolutely no issues. *Great upgrade from my laptop's old AMD A6 *Large amount of L2 and L3 cache.
Cons: *Maxwell (Not much better than Ivy-Bridge) *Maxwell's planned extra memory channel was removed
