Pros: Good small board for the price. Has all the features I would want for a mini - itx system but ......
Cons: The boards ships with an old BIOS version that does not support the Haswell refresh chips. For all the fancy features like Instant flash, etc if you don't have the right processor to match the BIOS you are stuck with a paperweight.
And I can't return to Newegg because of Asrocks mfg rebate.

Pros: Takes all the latest Intel chipsets except for Haswell. Lots of a SATA ports so is perfect for a NAS (using Unraid) or a HTPC
Cons: Be careful when buying RAM from the official RAM list from Asrock on their website.
Other Thoughts: Bought one of the officially suggested RAM by Asrock (a low voltage GSKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2) and have had random resets on the board. Narrowed down to RAM but the modules are not bad. Seems to be one of the RAM settings in the BIOS.
Checked with the RAM manufacturer and they suggest running it at a different voltage from what is the XMP profile on the BIOS. Waiting for ASROCK technical support to contact me so I know how they tested and approved this RAM. Kind of stuck without a usable computer until I can figure out what the right RAM settings. It is a bit frustrating...
