This review is from: NEW Black Xbox360 Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming USB Receiver for PC Windows OS
Pros: Works well after you deal with the driver installation. Cord is a nice length, I plugged it into the back of my computer and it sits on top of my desk. Syncing the controller to the receiver is actually faster than syncing it to an actual xbox. I have played a lot of twitchy games and haven't seen any noticeable input lag. This is a great purchase to clear up clutter on your desk like I did or for a home theatre PC (also they don't make a red wired controller and I wanted to use my red controller with the computer )
Cons: The driver install. A little frustrating, but for 11 bucks I'll take it
Other Thoughts: Just make sure to follow the driver installation guide. You don't need a lot of tech experience to install it.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: I used this board to build a mid-top tier gaming pc. I have owned it for a year and it continues to work flawlessly. The bios are easy to use and there are a ton of Asus programs like fan xpert and other AI suite utilities. It looks really nice and is built very well. Asus makes the best motherboards.
Cons: No SLI support. See my story below. Dont cheap out, spend the extra cash and future proof your machine
Other Thoughts: When I built my computer, I was overly excited. I didnt realize I bought the P8Z77V-LX instead of the P8Z77V-LK. The LK was the one I wanted due to SLI compatibility. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $10 or $20 and get the LK. I wish I had paid better attention when purchasing and installing, but I cannot blame Asus for this. I guess this gives me a reason to upgrade sooner.
I dont want to give the board a bad review, it is a great product. Buy the Asus P8Z77V-LK if you are somehow still looking for a budget LGA 1155 build.
This review is from: BYTECC HM30-3 3 ft. Black High Speed HDMI® Cable M-M
Pros: I have had no problems with this cable. It is built really well. I take it around with my laptop and plug it into my monitor when it is in its charging station. I constantly have to plug in and unplug it. Has been through a lot of abuse and still works
Cons: you may thing 3 feet will be enough, but it wont. I wish I would have bought the longer oneREAD FULL REVIEW
