Pros: None except buggy support for mobile device
Cons: 1/ Terrible software. I mean terrible in all ways. I think it is more likely to slow down your computer than helping to protect it. Resources hog RAM which is not an antivirus suppose to do.
2/ Require credit card for activation. On top of that, you have to opt out of the automatic renewal process or they will charge you after the 1st year.
3/ Fraudulent rebate process. I print and make copy of everything before I send out all my rebate documentations. When I check online, everything has been received except the original UPC code. I have make copy of the UPC code so I think there won't be any problems. Call the company and they refuse to accept anything but the original UPC code. It is so dumb. They demand the original UPC code which I don't have since I have included it in my original rebate. I called Newegg asking for a return but they won't accept since I have cut out the UPC code. This whole process has been so stupid and time consuming. I am still calling and waiting for Newegg to help me resolve this stupid rebate problem.
Other Thoughts: I should have read the review and see how horrible the rebate process is for this company, on top of the terrible software. Almost all of the 1 star review has some story of how they manage to find some excuse to deny rebate, from missing UPC code, to missing invoice, to missing tracking #. I wonder all the 5 star review is actually true or they bought it from ad company.READ FULL REVIEW
