This review is from: ASUS Xonar DG 5.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card
Pros: Produces decent sound quality. A good amount of software settings to get the sound quality right where you want it. I think for the price point this is a quality sound card.
Cons: Some of the default settings in the software should not have been turned on. The 7.1 and 5.1 sound imaging is not useable and sounds about as bad as could be.
Other Thoughts: Currently using Steelseries Siberia v2 3.5mm jacks with the sound card. The sound quality is great but the 7.1 / 5.1 features could use some work. I actually purchased the card to use the S/PDIF jack in conjunction with my Turtle Beach XP400 headphones. I found out that S/PDIF can only produce 2.1 sound, which is kind of a bummer.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS USB-BT400 USB 2.0 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
Pros: Simple to setup using the drivers on the ASUS website. When it was working it worked well. Always made the connection to my Bluetooth headset.
Cons: PC started crashing and I removed the USB-BT400 from the PC and it stopped crashing. Tried using the BT400 on another computer and it was doing the near same thing.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Adjustable stand height
USB hub built in
near perfect picture
colors look decent for a TN monitor
144hz and 120hz = perfect picture while gaming
I have yet to see any screen tearing
3D capable (won't be using this)
Cons: A little bigger would have been nice but the XL2720 was overkill. The S-switch ... I don't get it. I set my monitor settings once and leave it alone. Nothing worth taking an egg off.
Other Thoughts: I put this on the side of a 25" HP monitor and I was glad I had the adjustable height so I could match up the height right where I wanted it to be. I bought this to play battlefield games on and it has made my HP monitor purchased from 2010 look very outdated. I doubt there is a better gaming monitor on the market than this one.READ FULL REVIEW
