Cooler Master Seidon 120V – Compact All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

1 out of 5 eggs Air or custom water loop instead. Don't waste time or money 08/04/2014

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120V – Compact All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: Takes up less room in cpu area

Cons: High temps
Pain to install
Super stiff tubing which is one of the causes of above
Case mounting screws are way too short/small for my Corsair Vengeance case
Does it even work? Instructions said pump was working when led lit up but temps were off the chart on my stock clocked 4790k

Other Thoughts: 40C at idle and hit tdp (100C) in seconds when starting prime 95. I had first installed it with the supplies paste so I waited until my MX4 came in to reseat it. I reseated the water block and moved the radiator to a more "pump friendly" location. I did see better temps if you call 85c on load better temps. I put my old heatpipe air cooler on and it has not hit 70C while writing this review with running prime 95 at same time.

I build workstations daily at my work and I could not recommend it to anyone.

Cuisinart TOB-40 Stainless Steel Custom Classic Toaster Oven Broiler
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: easy to clean with removable crumb tray
looks good in kitchen along other appliances
cooks well..I even broiled a small steak in there
I use it a ton more than I thought I would since it is much easier and faster to use than oven

Cons: No timer for bake/broil mode so you have to keep an eye on it or set timer on stove. Timer for toasting

Other Thoughts: should have bought one sooner

TOSHIBA PH3300U-1I72 3TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Wasn't DOA
Opened under disk management (win7 64) after boot, partitioned, and formatted as it should. I did not do any benchmarks as this is just a storage drive and I use SSDs for programs and OS.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Does not come with SATA cables or molex adapters but I did not expect it too. Only thing different from OEM to Retail with this is the fancy box. I'd buy bare drive if price was cheaper than retail box since it comes with no extras.
