This review is from: Kaspersky Total Security 5 Devices
Pros: Uh, None. I had Kaspersky Antivirus and decided to upgrade to the better Total Security product.
Fast shipping on Newegg's part.
Cons: After about a week of an extremely slow PC, I started looking in the forums and discovered many other people had similar issues to mine. None of their resolutions worked for me. So I contacted technical support. They admitted that Total Security 2015 has issues that will be solved in the 2016 version. They recommend I down grade to Pure 2014 and then go to Total when it comes out. So they sent me the links to the remover tool. When I down loaded it, I found that about 150 Gb of disk space had disappeared - Kaspersky was creating 50 Gb files... so after I figured out how to removed them (.srv files), I had enough room to try to uninstall Kaspersky. The first time it hung up, and after contacting Tech Support again, had to rerun the tool a total of 4 times to get it to remove successfully. So now I'm antivirusless. I'm not sure I trust enough to install the 2014 product. The 2015 has a CONFLICT WITH OUTLOOK.
I hate to leave such a bad review, but my experience has been that bad with the product.
The Total Security product is TRASH and SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE MARKET. Just my opinion, but I'm sure they will keep selling it to unsuspecting victims...I mean users. Totally unhappy with my experience.
SO I'm out my cost of the software - I can't get what I paid for, as that product doesn't work. So I'm given a consolation prize of last years product? When I the 2016 product comes out, will my license start then? I don't think so, based on my experience with Kaspersky on this product.
Other Thoughts: Don't buy this product, based on my experience. For some, it apparently works. Not for my Win 7 Home laptop. Definitely not if you use Outlook.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 12 Bundle for Windows & Mac - Full Version
Pros: Price :) Large support community
Cons: Learning curve, steep, even though I have used an admittedly ancient predecessor on Win XP called Home Essentials.
Other Thoughts: May need other add-ons, once proficient with base packages.READ FULL REVIEW
