Pros: Features seem good on paper, some of them actually work.
Cons: Terrible printer. The first one had a small plastic piece (the entire printer is made of a weak and malleable plastic) which became deformed and then broke off. This made the top feed unusable. We returned it, as Samsung was trying to charge us to repair the printer (it was brand new!). The replacement printer frequently crashes, and often starts printing timeout errors during large print jobs. Samsung support seems to do nothing other than have me install the latest print drivers even if I did that yesterday, and then reboot various things. It's obvious the printer has firmware issues or another hardware problem. I cannot explain how dissatisfied I am with this piece of technology, and it significantly affects my opinion of Samsung as technology company.
Other Thoughts: Problems started getting worse after 30 days, and now I can't get a refund from Newegg, and Samsung won't repair or replace it, as far as I can tell.READ FULL REVIEW
