Pros: Easy to hook up on line. Sets up fast wirelessly. Getting drivers from HP was at first difficult, but once I found the right page and read it, turned out to be a breeze. Works well under 12.04. Did not find it particularly noisy. Foot print is small. For once found that the scanning software worked flawlessly also. For ubuntu owners with Brother, I sympathize with what you go thru, had as MFC 885CW and was shocked by their software for Linux and poor support. STICK with HP.
Cons: Does not seem to support printing with SVG pictures that I migrated over to INKSCAPE from Abode (which I wish supported Linux.) They do print when converted to pdf with DocViewerf???
Other Thoughts: Cheap, works well, not much for maintainence, printing is better than on Brother ( but I could print the Adobe migrations on it.) Does Duplex. Useful for my purposes. Got it on sale. No regrets.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Definitive Technology StudioMonitor 350 Bookshelf/Stand Mount Speaker (Black) Pair
Pros: Good sound - good looking, heavy and solid feel. Steal at $179, good for any system (using as surround with Onkyo 414- but they could easily function as rt & lt main with subwoofer and it would be difficult to do better-esp at this price. Replaced old speakers with it. Don't need too much power. Responsive
Other Thoughts: Not a gaming speaker- too big. Recommend one of their surround systems (I use promonitor 800s) as they are easier to place, yes, I really like this company. This is 3rd my product buy.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill Mechanical Keyboard RK-9000I with Cherry MX Blue Switch
Pros: good tactile response, typing on it a pleasure, single USB connector, not complicated, heavy and well made, could go on - but it is a keyboard. Key caps appear solid and I doubt that the lettering will come off. Works well with UBUNTU - no disk needed to install.
Cons: Not lit up- but you can probably get a similar one like that. I don't type much in the dark. I usually am sleeping or working.
Other Thoughts: I bought a top of the line G----byte Keyboard and could not get it to work on my system - If you are a LInux fan, stick with this. Cheap for mechanical keys and works like a dream.READ FULL REVIEW
