Pros: *NOTE* This is an update to my previous review.
*After new RAM was installed into my system to verify the issue with the two sticks I had of this, It was found that my mobo was the heart of the problems, and was disguising itself as a RAM problem. A new mobo was installed, and this RAM reinstalled. No problems have been encountered since.*
Great look, low profile, stable, runs at the advertised speeds and is inexpensive. I can't ask for better.
Cons: None whatsoever.
Other Thoughts: When I finally decide to bump my system up to 32Gb, this will be the RAM that I use.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Everything runs nice and fast, coupled with my EVGA GTX 770, I run all my games at 60+ fps. Running idle, I'm sitting around 33 C with the stock cooler.
Cons: Could use a better shroud for the wires just for peace of mind.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Aesthetically pleasing, and low profile, ran at the advertised speed.
Cons: After building my system I started getting blue screens within the first week, it took a while to try and diagnose the problem, including taking my computer into a technician to get it looked at. Finally it was discovered that both sticks were faulty and needed to be replaced.
Other Thoughts: I couldn't bring myself to knock off all 5 eggs since I do enjoy the look of them, and they ran at the advertised speed. If not for both sticks being faulty, It would be an easy 5 out of 5 eggs.
I'll be contacting the RMA department of G.Skill in a little bit, so hopefully I can get them replaced and I can change this review into a positive one.
