I was really happy that it would have the fingerprint ID. . . .but

Pros: I liked how I could get more memory & faster speeds. I don't really need a lot at 72 yrs old. I love the 10 key number pad! I don't have the reach for the upper keys.

Cons: I wanted the fingerprint ID thinking that it would be quicker than a pin or password, but it was almost impossible to get my finger on so that it would recognize it. So many attempts & it would go to pin. I had my son take off the fingerprint & leave it at pin. It was supposed to be backlit & I haven't seen it. So the 2 things that I really wanted was what I didn't get.

Overall Review: Since I didn't get the backlight or the fingerprint ID, I would not get it again & if these would be important to you, then I would not recommend it. Sorry, I wish I could be more positive.

I Like my Brother

Pros: I've had Brothers before, even remanufactured ones and they last so much longer and with less problems than an Epson did. I like my Bother.

Cons: I can't think of one.

Overall Review: A couldn't believe what a good deal this was, and had regular size toners added in.

Cheaters!! & Harassers!!

Do not use these people!! Cust Serv is so rude! They told me that I could not get refund because I had opened the box! This is an air cooler, not a video game & I told them so. I used it 1x, not only did it not cool me, but it made me sick!! They told me to send it back ($48), but that I would get charged 15% restocking fee, & that's if I get anything back at all. So, I have now paid $120 for cooler, $48 for shipping & might not even get a penny back. I have now turned this issue over to Newegg customer service lady who is very polite & hoping that she will be able to help. Read google reviews on this company. After I sent these people the tracking number, they sent me an email saying IF they refund my money would I change my review to a 4 or 5. Their reasoning is if their customer service gets great reviews they will work harder (??) My belief is that customer service should get the review they deserve so that they can understand just how bad they are. After I finally received my refund, they have been harassing me with emails, telling me step by step how to change my review to a 4 or 5, reminding me each time that they did refund my money. Yes, after getting Newegg involved. If they send more emails, I will be asking for Newegg help again. Kevin, you reap what you sow.
