Pros: It worked
Cons: The picture clearly shows a sealed blister pack of Crucial Memory. I am usually very pro-NewEgg and don't normally post bad reviews unless something didn't work or failed, however this item arrived in an unsealed unmarked antistatic bag. Although the label said it was Crucial memory and it did perform as the speed published the chip layout and the tracks were completely different from a set of blister packed Crucial memory of an identical part number. I am highly suspicious that this is not genuine, but I needed it for a customer repair. It has rather tainted my shopping experience. You cannot accuse without absolute proof, but all I can say is all Crucial memory I bought before was blister sealed and that is what I believe I purchased. My advice - buyer beware of this item.
Other Thoughts: Alternate supplier supplied same part in blister pack a few days later for another repair. Makes me even more suspicious.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Edimax EW-7438RPn V2 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender, Repeater, Wireless Bridge, Access Point, Wall Plug design, Smart LED Signal Indicator, Easy iQSetup by Smart Phone (No CD Required)
Pros: The unit does a great job of extending our WEP enabled house system into the new extension which had barely one bar of coverage before installing this unit. Despite 2 power outages since installation, the unit has recovered and re-synced with the main router each time without manual intervention.
Cons: The router in our house is supplied by Verizon and we have no control of its setup or WEP codes. I am very tech savvy but even I found it a challenge to get the main network talking to the extender reliably even after power on/off, but after we set it up and cycled the power on the main system a few times it seemed to synchronize and hasn't been an issue since.
Other Thoughts: This unit is great value for money and works well. We built an extension onto our house which is through the original metal door to the garage and beyond the original house external brick walls. The extender is 20ft inside the original building and we now get 5 bars in the extension. We are very pleased.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This case is built tough. It is not light weight, but it is strong. I have used these at my place of work for over 3 years and used them for a small number of special servers I rebuilt for a customer. The layout is good certainly for a full size ATX Mobo and it comes with all you need. I particularly like the fact it does not come with a PSU so I can choose whatever I want. The locking clamshell doors are liked by customers who want at least some level of physical security.
