G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-12GBRL

Pros: Works in Asus 880g MB.

Cons: does not work in a biostar ta970 MB Updating my review to pass on this info that this intel memory can and does work on some AMD boards, like the ASUS 880g (m4a88t-m)

Other Thoughts: Even though it said was for intel boards it worked in my ASUS amd MB. The board"s bios crashed, The price of the chip plus shipping was over half of the original price of board (board no longer available either). So I bought the Biostar board for a few dollars more than I paid for ASus and got USB3 and some other extra goodies. (except use of my memory sticks) Biostar board still unlock my processor cores and all works fine but with old mem from old computer. These are now priced at more than dbl what I paid a year ago. :( :(. Other than not being able to use these On new board, they were and probably are still great performers. overclocked easy also.

Pros: best memory for the price and performance

Cons: Bought these for a new at 59.50 with no discounts or specials. was looking to get some more for another new build. I am surprised at the higher price.

Other Thoughts: They may be good, but had to rethink due to double the price. I was surprised when I actually mistakenly bought these triple channels for my dual channel board for such a low price at the time. They still worked with no problems and are still working great.

Pros: Does as advertised and more (almost). I have had no problems with this card. Read the positive reviews and this is how my card has performed.

Cons: Was the last thing I purchased for my build. Was the most expensive item. Cost more than all my other components combined. Of course I chose all the others components at their lowest prices. This card just wouldn't budged much lower than what I paid and It was coming up on a year for some of my parts. The point is the price was still a little high.

Other Thoughts: Even though i said the price was still, high the card has been worth every penny I paid for it. My system runs the Win Experience Index at 7.7 across the board, which was a nice surprise. I would never ever had expected that.
