Pros: Does just what it says., Its an expansion unit for a Synology server. You can add two drives to your existing Synology Raid OR use it as a back up for your Synology Raid.

Pros: Size, weight, look and buttons... they are all great, BUT....

Cons: DOES NOT work with iPhone hardly at all. The phone is 2 feet from my head on my desk and all you hear all day is "Phone 1 connected", "Lost Connection", "Phone 1 Connected", "Lost Connection", over and over. Forget about putting it in your pocket and walking around on a call, it drops and the iPhone pics up the call where the headset dropped the connection.

Other Thoughts: Talked to customer support, they sent me a new one... same issues. Called second time and they will not refund, or exchange for new product. Basically I'm stuck with a $100 unit that does not work properly. I am highly disappointed in Plantronics and will not be buying any products from them, home or office in the future. Customer service will not work with you. I have had over 10 headsets my entire life and this is the worst.
