Pros: -The screen is bigger (1.3" vs 1.6"-full Transflective display 220x176 & scratch-resistant)
-Battery life lasts 3-7 days depending on the usage vs 2-3 days for the older version.
-The touch screen is more sensitive
-back/home/menu buttons like all Android phones
-menu is easier to use
-settings in watch to switch clocks and apps
-easier setup with NFC and tap with phone (make sure you enable NFC in your phone)
-water resistant IP57 (30 minutes in FRESH water up to a depth of 1 meter & dust proof)
-lots of free apps (weather, GPS, ect.)
-easier to charge with standard micro USB charger
-easier to see in daylight
-watch is always on to tell time but dims to save battery, push power button to lighten up
-works with any Android smartphone running version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or later
-aluminum body (plastic body previously)
-ability to change watch band (it can take any standard watch strap that is 24 millimeters wide).
-all previous apps work from last year's model

Pros: 5 year warranty comes in handy. Won't have to worry about your warranty running out. Most drives last 3-5 years.
less vibrations = longer lasting drive.
WD is the only brand I trust for hard drives.
This drive is built solid, and long lasting for those important documents, videos, music, ect you store on th drive. Nobody wants a cheap drive that will last 2-3 years, and lose all their data. Also backing up your files is a good idea too, just inase your drive doesn't last as long as you think, or you get a nasty virus.
