This review is from: 1GB PC4200 DDR2 533 MHz PC2 4200 1 GB DESKTOP RAM NEW!
Pros: works great in my old Intel SS4200-E (network storage).
I decided to double the memory so I could run some other processes without adversely affecting its primary purpose.
Other Thoughts: just legacy DDR2 RAM at a reasonable price.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: VisionTek Candyboard Black 69 Normal Keys Bluetooth Wireless Mini Keyboard
Pros: Works well with my Android 2.3 device. Touch pad navigation actually works in most (not all) app screens. Good examples are navigating lists and selecting hard to touch things in the web browser. Of course "Swype" keyboard is available on newer Android releases but for long text entry a physical keyboard is great. Works well in an IRC app and entering text that looks more like programming than conversation.
Cons: Didn't work for me on Android 2.1 HTC Hero. The connection app that came with it tried register somewhere on the web but never succeeded. I put in a support request at VisionTek and never got a response then it was too late to return. I'm glad I didn't return it though because it works great on new phone.
Other Thoughts: Realize this keyboard is not designed exactly for Android and you can forgive it doesn't automatically support a seamless experience. For example, I can't seem to type some Android keys using the keyboard. Maybe there is a way to map keys using an application but I haven't looked into that.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Finally a router that never needs to be reset due to hangs. No problems since moved to home with fiber internet (was on AT&T DSL and every router owned would lock up eventually and need reset, which makes me suspect my DSL modem was to blame). I'm writing this now as I'm considering buying another here at a good price.
Cons: Guest network mode seems to have less range and that causes problems for guests staying at other end of house. Not sure if this is just my device or a known behavior.
Other Thoughts: Have not tried alternate firmware because I actually like the features I'm using in the Netgear firmware and haven't seen other support for guest network. Probably only reason I'd try the alternate firmware is to get nicer statistics and logging.READ FULL REVIEW
