This review is from: Cuisinart CRC-400 4-Cup Rice Cooker
Pros: It usually cooks rice pretty well, but you may have to read the manual and/or experiment when using something other than standard white, long grain rice. Its cubical shape and compact size make it easy to store without wasting too much space. The self-retracting cord is a little short, but is a nice feature nonetheless.
Cons: While cooking, steam condensates on the glass lid, and then trickles down onto the rim of the bowl and accumulates there (with rice "goo"). The escaping steam causes splatting, which makes a mess of the rice cooker itself and anything around it. Using the vegetable steamer accessory (even if it's empty) helps reduce the splatter.
Other Thoughts: The switch sticks out, and I'm worried that it will eventually get broken when I accidentally hit it on something when taking the cooker in or out of storage.READ FULL REVIEW
