This review is from: USB-FAN Metal Desktop Fan USB Powered with Switch
Pros: Small enough to tuck away. Strong and fairly quiet.
Cons: Tardy shipping
Other Thoughts: Cooling an HTPC in partially enclosed cabinet. Works sufficiently well that the CPU fan doesn't work as hard so overall, it reduced fan noise even though it has a little noise of its own.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Quiet. Moves a lot of air, cools well and fits everything I've tried them on. Can't kill it
Cons: Controller dies. Use it at your own risk.
Other Thoughts: I bought two of these about ten years ago for desktop builds for me and the wife and then another one for our HTPC a few years later. Through the years we have upgraded a few times but have kept the fans for all new builds. They are still going strong! They are all plugged into the board with Kool n Quiet enabled. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again if one of the fans finally crapped out.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Large Storage Size. Cheap. Fast. Very compact. Nicely camouflaged in the usb port of my car's new Pioneer deck (MP3 Playback). Delivery was pretty fast.
Other Thoughts: I only have USB 2.0 on my computer so I can't comment on speed other than it writes faster than any flash drive that I have ever owned. Blinking orange light is subtle and matches my cars dash lights.READ FULL REVIEW
