Best Value HP has had in a While
Pros: Fast, Easy to install, has parallel port and usb. It supports both the host based and univeral PCL 5 so it is great for business enviroments. It has been reliable so far and has about the same footprint as the 1160/2320 with a paper tray that pulls out. It is also a good price (though I have seen the price rise recently)
Cons: None so Far.
Overall Review: I was looking for a good low end HP printer for the business market that had versatility, low price, backward compatability and networkable if needed. This fit the bill perfectly.
Bad Paper Feed
Pros: Fast when it is not paper jamming, Twain driver works great, good pdf creation
Cons: Does not handle light paper or multiple pages very well. We have to scan things one at a time to make sure it does not jam. If we could send it back we would.
Overall Review: I have always had great luck with Fujitsu Scanners until now. I bought the FI-6130 a month later and it works great with no problem. Strangely enough we have never had this problem with their less expensive scanners either. We needed the twain driver so we got this one. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on the Fi-6130 (or a little less if you don't need twain) and you'll be glad you did.
Works Great
Pros: Web Interface works Good, Extremely Easy to install. I have not tried to make it work on the App, just Internet Explorer. Installing the hard drive was a snap with no problems. We did not use the cameras that came with it so I can't comment on those. We also ran a microphone to to camera are and it is clear as a bell on the Web Browser.
Cons: The BNC connectors on the back are really close together making it difficult to put them on, but it could have been the ends I was using.
Overall Review: I would definitely buy this again. For an inexpensive but robust system you can not beat the price.
Good Earbuds at a Great Price
Pros: Very Comfortable, they bend in to the ear canal minimizing discomfort. They stay in well and have very good sound. They are not $300 earbuds and you don't get $300 sound. But it is much better than any other earbud in this price range. Cable does not tangle easily.
Cons: Could be better sound, but would probably cost more.
Overall Review: I have difficulty finding a comfortable set of earbuds. I listen to audiobooks alot
Great Drive, Sorry Packaging
Pros: Great Drive, Very Quiet, reliable and Fast. I have been using this with a Synology DS110j as a Media Server and it works like a charm. It has been in constant use for the last 6-8 months and has yet to fail. I also have WD Live TV media players hooked up to my 4 TVs and all of them can be playing something from the Media Server with this drive in it without a hiccup.
Cons: The only con I have is not with the drive, but with Newegg's packaging. My first one came in bubble wrap and the SATA connector had been damaged. Their policy says that they will not replace drives that were damaged in shipping, yet they do not package the drives very well at all. WD would not accept an RMA on a drive shipped like the on they sent me. Newegg did however end up replacing the drive, after a long talk with customer service, so I don't have anything to complain about
Overall Review: Newegg should package their drives better, but you can't get a better drive for a media server or NAS than this one.
Undependable and slow
Pros: Small, Light and comes with nice case
Cons: I have bought 6 of these and had to send back 3, Fortunately I could return 2 of these to the merchant. The one I sent to Toshiba for repair took 2 months to recieve back. The transfer rate is the slowest I have seen from any manufacturer
Overall Review: We have stopped buying Toshiba portable drives. Still love their laptops, but these things are nothing but trouble.
