Great Board
Pros: Bought this for an i5 2500k build. It's a breeze to overclock; UEFI is very user friendly. Have had it for 2 week with no problems.
Cons: Not really a con for this board in-particular so much as it is for many modern boards, but I the SATA ports are stacked and face outwards and it's a pain to connect SATA cords post install. I connected multiple HDDs not thinking ahead and the one with my OS was last in priority. This really isn't an issue, though, as you can very easy switch the boot priority :)
*Crackle, crackle*
Pros: Wireless
Cons: Crackles Little bass, even with bass boost
Overall Review: I bought these for myself as a Christmas present from my girlfriend *hehe*. I got them home and was stoked. However, after a few hours the excitement wore off and I began to notice the prominent snap-crackle-pop. I sit about 4ft from my router and I certainly wasn't about to move my entire operation for these. Also, this was my first pair of surround headphones and, honesty, I could hardly tell the difference between these and my P11s. Also, even with the bass boost, the bass was hardly better than the P11s, so I took them back the next day, bought a new video card for my PC, and now I am a PC gamer! I am now waiting on a pair of Creative Sound blasters 3D tactic something-or-others. In conclusion, these are old technology and there are many better options available for cheaper(well, at least for PC gaming).
Great head, super loud!
Pros: These suckers thump! I decided to go with these, as opposed to a 5.1 or 7.1 headset because 50% of their usage would be for listening to music. I have had systems in the past and love loud music, but I gotta say, listening to these on 100% for too long can give me a head-ache; and that's not a bad thing! The bass is great, and can be well balanced if you use the equalizer properly.
Cons: The one issue I have with these is that on occasion, i get a wierd distortion. It sounds almost like a .5sec spurt of what dial-up modems sounded like when connecting to AOL. It may be because I have it connected to a rear USB port; I don't recall them making the noise when I had them connect up from. Sadly, my front USB header is lacking in real-estate.
Overall Review: Not, much of a pro or a con, but I could have sworn that when I first bought these, the bass was much heavier in BF3. It may only be my EQ set up though, so oh well.
