This review is from: Rosewill ARMOR-EVO Gaming E-ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX, come with Six Fans-2x Front Red LED 120mm Fan, 2x Top 120mm Fan, 1x Side 230mm Fan, 1x Rear 120mm Fan-Retail
Pros: Lots of good things about this case.
Starters: Its long so it supports LARGE gpu's (because for some reason they just keep getting longer and longer)
Seconders: Like many other people have stated it comes with 6 pre-installed fans and they arent cheap, they move a lot of air i have a i5 4570 running with its stock cooler and it never seems to jump above 43c under full load and are extremely quite
Thirders: This case Looks Great! and its built like a freaking tank. (I think that's were they get the "Armor" name)
Cons: The reason why i gave this item 4 eggs out of 5 is one MAJOR issue.
The power button of all things on my case does not work... i have tried flipping the pin on the mother board every other way followed the instructions in the manual / motherboard mounting...
It did work 2 or 3 times then it just stopped... i am able to turn the pc on via hot wiring it (just tap a screw driver on the power pin's on the mother board) but this is not a good thing to do every time you turn the pc on... I have resorted to using the Reset button as my power button.
Other Thoughts: Overall: This case is worth the money on sale or full price hands down will buy again if i am looking to add more pc's to the house.
I looked at several other retailers and reviews and i seem to be the only one with the power button problem so i am not going to crucify Rosewill over this one thing.
Pros: I have owned this Monitor for well over 1 year now (I purchased this at another retailer during a special) and it has done very well no loss in coloration no pixel loss that's noticeable.
The settings are easy to use on the monitor and the software you download to your computer.
This monitor does great for video/pictures/gaming very vivid colors and works well with my older amd gpu
I plan on buying another monitor from new egg soon for a duel set up
Cons: I have had one case were the pixels were stuck on the monitor after playing Forza 4 due to the time clock ticking in the 100th of a second area at first I panicked but after the monitor was off for 30min the pixels unlocked and were doing just fine not sure if this type of monitor or if its just mine.
Other Thoughts: To a lot of the people saying this monitor has coloration issues I had the same problem but i found by using the Dell Display set up guide/softwear it resolved all of those problems by allowing me to tune the coloration etc.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: (I was able to buy 2 of these Monitor's at Best Buy for a steal price not to far off from neweggs price.)
Looks really nice every time i have some one over they enjoy my cpu set up especialy this monitor its really sleek and clean.
The base is really heavy and sturdy so it does not feel like it will fall over if you bump the desk or any thing along those lines.
It has Slim edges and this is good if you are looking for a more than 1 monitor set up like me.
has good setting controll nothing to complicated or fancy really easy to get used to.
Cons: Only a few cons with this monitor.
for some reason the buttons are on the side and not the bottom this sucks when you have more than 1 monitor set up on your system if you ever need to change settings especialy if you have it mounted to a rack or wall mount.
THIS THING Loves finger prints and smudges so be prepared to clean it off every now and then a little windex and microfiber works well.
What really killed me (keeping in mind i am not 100% tech savy when it comes to monitors) I have 1 of these monitors running my Xbox360 and one night after a few hours playing BF3 i had what apeared to be stuck pixles they were looping a sequence over and over i tried to flash the screen/reset it but that did nothing for the stuck pixles i ended up just turning it off for the night and was going to return it the next day but after testing it one more time the pixles were no longer stuck i dont know if this is due to the monitor i have specificly or if this may be a problem every one can or could incounter so i am not going to take away from this monitor because of this.
Some pixles were stuck in a loop but it was fixed after the monitor was powered down for around 6 hours.
Other Thoughts: This Monitor is well worth the money and it works wonders if you want a multi monitor set up. wREAD FULL REVIEW
