This review is from: Razer Kraken PRO Over Ear PC and Music Headset - Black
Pros: *Light Weight
*Comfortable to wear for hours on end (see other thoughts)
*Clear Mic and 100% adjustable (see other thoughts)
*Your Ears fit in the ear cups comfortably
*Sound Quality is great for the price range (see other thoughts)
*Great Price for the Product
*Able to wear it out side of the house and not look like a fool with a mic hanging out
*The 7.1 audio sounds great in games that use 7.1 like Warthunder, Mechwarrior Online, Evolve, (most modern day games) You can pick up foot steps and accurately tell what direction they are coming from.
Cons: *You absolutely HAVE to download Razer Synapse to use this head set effectively (see other thoughts)
*The tuning of the headset is a little annoying but once you have it it works great.
Other Thoughts: All in All this head set is worth the cost and with out a doubt will server its purpose for a long time no regrets for this purchase.
(*Comfortable to wear for hours on end)
First putting this head set on it took me a bit to get used to it (about a day or so) it caused a little pain in my lower ear but it is comfortable to wear after that.
(*Clear Mic and 100% adjustable)
As above you have to use Razer Synapse to dial int he mic, a lot of people say people can pick up other noises in the back round and that's some thing that can be tuned out.
(*Sound Quality is great for the price range)
I am basically downgrading to an extent to this head-set i was using a Razer Chimera head set that was wireless the only big difference was it was wireless and the drivers are bigger at 50mm this head set is 40mm
The sound quality over all is about the same the Chimera is a little bit more bassy but the krakens are equal for sure. **I listen to a lot of music while i play games. Dubstep, Drum&Bass, Most EDM genres and the bass is with out a doubt there and it all sounds great.
(*You absolutely HAVE to download Razer Synapse to use this head set effectively)
This upsets me the most when you first plug the head set in and use default audio the sound quality is really muffled (I plugged it in to my Iphone 6 and the muffling went away and it sounded great) I looked in to Razer drivers/softwear and it lead me to Razer synaps (I never had to use this with my Chimera head set) I ended up downloading synaps it found my head set plugged in I told it what it was (Kraken Pro) and then went through the 7.1 audio configuration and my buyers remorse went away as the sound quality boosted to exceptional levels.
This review is from: Rosewill ARMOR-EVO - Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case - Supports Up to E-ATX MBs - Six (6) Pre-Installed Fans: 2 x Front Red LED 120mm, 2 x Top 120mm, 1 x Side 230mm, 1 x Rear 120mm (Supports Up to 9)
Pros: Lots of good things about this case.
Starters: Its long so it supports LARGE gpu's (because for some reason they just keep getting longer and longer)
Seconders: Like many other people have stated it comes with 6 pre-installed fans and they arent cheap, they move a lot of air i have a i5 4570 running with its stock cooler and it never seems to jump above 43c under full load and are extremely quite
Thirders: This case Looks Great! and its built like a freaking tank. (I think that's were they get the "Armor" name)
Cons: The reason why i gave this item 4 eggs out of 5 is one MAJOR issue.
The power button of all things on my case does not work... i have tried flipping the pin on the mother board every other way followed the instructions in the manual / motherboard mounting...
It did work 2 or 3 times then it just stopped... i am able to turn the pc on via hot wiring it (just tap a screw driver on the power pin's on the mother board) but this is not a good thing to do every time you turn the pc on... I have resorted to using the Reset button as my power button.
Other Thoughts: Overall: This case is worth the money on sale or full price hands down will buy again if i am looking to add more pc's to the house.
I looked at several other retailers and reviews and i seem to be the only one with the power button problem so i am not going to crucify Rosewill over this one thing.
Pros: I have owned this Monitor for well over 1 year now (I purchased this at another retailer during a special) and it has done very well no loss in coloration no pixel loss that's noticeable.
The settings are easy to use on the monitor and the software you download to your computer.
This monitor does great for video/pictures/gaming very vivid colors and works well with my older amd gpu
I plan on buying another monitor from new egg soon for a duel set up
Cons: I have had one case were the pixels were stuck on the monitor after playing Forza 4 due to the time clock ticking in the 100th of a second area at first I panicked but after the monitor was off for 30min the pixels unlocked and were doing just fine not sure if this type of monitor or if its just mine.
Other Thoughts: To a lot of the people saying this monitor has coloration issues I had the same problem but i found by using the Dell Display set up guide/softwear it resolved all of those problems by allowing me to tune the coloration etc.READ FULL REVIEW
