This review is from: Sharkoon 000SKBG 120mm Case Fan
Pros: Just got these in today and I'm very happy with the performance. Was having CPU temp issues and after switching from stock cooling to an aftermarket CPU cooler the tempature dropped from 155F under load to 110F under load. After adding these two beauties my CPU temp under load has dropped another 26 degrees down to 84F. Couldn't be happier.
Cons: They didn't come with winning lottery tickets.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Took my CPU (i7 4470K Stock) temperature from 155F under load with stock cooling to a cool 110F. A difference of 45F. Very impressed. The large fan on this processor is pointing upwards so I installed two additional 120mm fans at the top of my case to help blow out the heat and the CPU tempature has dropped again from 110F to 84F under load. I've never been a huge believer in after-market coolers but this has changed my mind.
Cons: The way the fan adheres to the heat sink is really questionable. You take the rubber mounting components which help silence vibration from the fan but they have you thread these through the mounting holes in the fan and WEDGE THEM BETWEEN THE FINS OF THE HEATSINK... The fins of the heatsink are aluminum and bend fairly easily. It works but I really question the reliability of a fan that is mounted by wedging rubber pieces in between aluminum fins.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: APC BR500 500 VA 300 Watts 6 Outlets UPS
Pros: Make great door stoppers
Cons: These items come DOA. Think it's a coincidence they are 50% off? Newegg is aware these batteries are old (2005) and do not function. They are just trying to deplete inventory before anyone catches on. As an IT department, I tossed the packaging and put these on the shelf. Two weeks later I go to use them and they need battery replacements. They sold me a 'New' item but neglected to mention the batteries were from 2005.
Other Thoughts: Since i've disposed of the packaging a few weeks ago and these have been on the shelf for two weeks, Newegg refuses to take any responsibility. I've filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau seeking a refund.READ FULL REVIEW
