This review is from: CP TECHNOLOGIES CP-U2V-02 8 ft. Silver Easy Transfer Cable for Windows Vista
Pros: Don't have any. Don't own this cable.
Cons: Don't have any. Don't own this cable.
Other Thoughts: Hopefully Newegg will eventually get this transfer cable. It's the best way to transfer files from one PC to another. It's called the Tornado by Data Drive Thru. Short of e-mailing or FTPing files, this is the easiest solution. This intelligent destination computer cable uses a microprocessor to make it appear as a CD-ROM drive to each PC enabling the PC to autorun the software contained within the firmware, hence no software to run. After connecting to the USB ports, the Tornado initiates a peer to peer network, launching a 2 pane window in each PC allowing you to transfer files by dragging them from 1 pane/host PC to the 2nd pane/destination PC. The Tornado works w/Windows98,ME,2000,XP, & Vista. The iTornado works w/MAC & Windows. Mindless? I think not.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Excellent Ram. $/performance is the best on Newegg,s site for dual channel DDr2 667(after rebate).Correct # of chips on PCB for Compaq F730US. Vista recognized both sticks immediately. Went from 2 512mb sticks.
Cons: Someone stole my last notebook. Vista on all new PC's paired with lame graphics. Vista's ability to suck the life from PC's. Rebate's, and UPS.
Other Thoughts: Newegg should Go Green and stop wasting resources by shipping small orders (ram, cables, flash memory)in boxes with pellets. A padded envelope would suffice and help save the Planet!READ FULL REVIEW
