Pros: +SSD, boots Windows 7 under 20 seconds
+When jumping from a HDD to a SSD the difference is always fantastic!
Cons: -None for the price!
Other Thoughts: It may not be the fastest SSD but if you are simply looking to make that leap from mechanical to solid state you'll be content!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: NZXT Phantom PHAN-001RD Red Steel / Plastic Enthusiast ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Pros: +Large case with a bright red color
+Lots of fans with speed control and LED light switch on the back of the case
+Nicely packaged screws/parts
Cons: -Hinges of side doors feel like I am prying them out. Looks like the doors get caught within the structure work. Could be just me or there is a small bend in the build somewhere. Still it's an annoyance every time the case needs to be opened.
Other Thoughts: I got this case for a gift and one of the wishes was for a bright red full tower. This one fit the bill and was a decent price.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: MSI Z97-Gaming 7 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI 6x SATA 6Gb/s ports (SATA1~6), by Intel Z97 Express Chipset 2 x SATA 6Gb/s ports (SATA7~8), by ASMedia ASM1061 Chipset USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: +Large board
+Plenty of sys fan connectors and SATA
+On board audio quality matches my sound blaster X-fi discrete.
+Easy BIOS, no problem setting up XMP and OC if wanted
+Great looking board with its black and red design.
Cons: -Killer NIC gave BSoD out of nowhere about 3 months of ownership. No new drivers, and was using barebone drivers only (No software bandwidth control junk).
Other Thoughts: Disabled NIC and put in a $30 intel PCI-E NIC and all troubles are a thing of the past. It's not so much MSI but more so the Killer NICs themselves. When I buy a new motherboard in the future, one mandatory requirement is that it must be an Intel NIC.READ FULL REVIEW
