This review is from: Rosewill CAPSTONE-550-M – 550-Watt Modular Active PFC Power Supply – Continuous @ 122 Deg. F (50C), 80 PLUS Gold, ATX12V v2.31 & EPS12V v2.92, Intel Haswell, SLI, & CrossFire Ready
Pros: Seemed like a good price for an 80+ gold psu....
Cons: Died after about two months of normal usage on a E3-1230v2 Xeon workstation. Something made a loud noise (capacitor failure?) while the system was running, screens went blank and both a discrete sound card and my video card where dead after it abruptly shut down (voltage spike on pci-e rail?). The PSU was plugged into a high quality surge suppressor, so external current supply and /or ripple was not a casuative factor.
Other Thoughts: Felt light and rather cheap in comparison to even a foreign made Seasonic. Just avoid the temptation on these models - cheap can get awfully expensive when it takes a dump on you and takes other compenents with it!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SANYO DENKI 9A0812G401 Case Cooling Fan
Pros: This puppy moves some air alright, but it does get rather loud at full speed. It is variable speed however, so plugging it in to a mobo will help control the noise relative to how much cooling you need.
Combined with an alpha 8150t to cool an overclocked 3700 san diego to 2.8ghz. Idles at 26-27c. Averages 35-38c full load. Bottom line, if you can hack the noise, this is a cheap and very effective cpu cooling solution.

This review is from: Mushkin Enhanced 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 500 (PC 4000) System Memory Model 991482
Pros: As expected from Mushkin, simply top notch memory that performs exactly as spec'd. Running two sticks of this at 260mhz on a NF4 Ultra-D at stock voltage, even runs cool to the touch!
Cons: Absolutely none. Lifetime warranty along with the outstanding customer support from Mushkin.READ FULL REVIEW
