Pros: I paid $209.00 with free shipping. It is a good little laptop with Win 7 Professional. Serves the purpose.
Cons: Every time I try to start it up, it sits at a gray screen. I power it off and boot it again, I get the error message, then it starts up. If it goes to sleep, it does it again the next time we try to wake it up.
Other Thoughts: Called customer service via the chat line. They are sending me an RMA# and shipping label to send it back to be checked out. So far, good customer service. If everything turns out alright, I would probably recommend it to others.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Intuit Quickbooks Pro 2013
Pros: Quickbooks Pro has worked fine for me over the past several years.
Cons: You have to buy a new version every two years if you want to keep downloading and reconciling your bank data.
Other Thoughts: Newegg's bait and switch tactics really make me mad. I tried to order the downloadable version of this on their 48 hour sale, and was told it will be available soon and they will send me a message when it can be purchased and downloaded. It was $119.95. When I got the message that it was available, I put it into my cart right away, and lo and behold it is $199.95. I called customer service and was told their prices are subject to change. That was a pretty quick changeREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: BUFFALO AirStation N150 Wireless Router - WCR-GN
Pros: Very small and powerful. Used for several months as my main router, then set it up to be an access point for a Buffalo WHR - HP - GN as the router. Inexpensive and fast. I live in a big 115 year old house and it's hard to get connection throughout. Had the WCR-GN and it worked great, but didin't reach through the whole house. Hooked up the WHR-HP-GN as a router and tried to use this one as a bridge, but had a lot of trouble. Buffalo Tech support helped me set it up, and it works great with router and Access Point (bridge). Tech was extremely helpful.
Cons: Manual does not explain how to set up the access point along with the router. Took about 40 minutes with tech support person on the line. No where in the documentation or on the disk where the specific instructions explain how to set this up.
Other Thoughts: Setup should be done through the browser interface instead of using the disk. I'm not new to this, but really needed help from tech support. They are live 24/7. Maybe I just lucked out, but the technician was extremely helpful and patient.READ FULL REVIEW
