Pros: I have been told that this card would give a 36% improvement over a 7970 Ghz edition. The card I received gave me a 51.8% improvement.
I'd say that's a pretty good pro right there!
Sound: slightly louder than I expected but quiet enough. Fan speed can be changed but it's not really necessary.
Temps: reference card runs at 90C under load. This card runs much much cooler than that even under full load.
Price: AMD is lowering prices to compete with Nvidia. Worth every penny.
Cons: HDMI port is positioned oddly which made it so that my HDMI cable could not connect all the way in because it was hitting the metal between the slots on the back of my case. I had to clip off the spacer in order to fit the cable in. Not really a big deal.
Other Thoughts: This card is great and it offers a significant improvement over the HD7970. If you include the lowered price, it's a great deal as well!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 400R Graphite grey and black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case
Pros: This case has a LOT of room. Three built in fans and the two on the front glow. Cable routing holes and easy to remove drive bays. This case pretty much has nothing wrong with it.
Cons: It is really big...but who can say that's a bad thing?
Other Thoughts: Has quite enough space for even the biggest heat sinks/ fan assemblies. Worried about space? Get this case.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: All the things, looks nice.
Cons: Pretty much nothing, as long as it works it's a very nice board.
Other Thoughts: If you are having problems getting past the POST or it won't display or beep, try clearing the CMOS jumper settings. The instructions to do so are in the instruction manual.READ FULL REVIEW
