5 out of 5 eggs Not bad 02/16/2014

This review is from: Actiontec PWR200K01 AV200 Powerline Kit Up to 200Mbps

Pros: Faster that Wi-Fi
Very easy to install

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Several people have said these get hot but mine have always stayed cool. These were a lot faster than I expected and I have had no issues with them so far.

MSI Wind U123-001US Intel Atom N280(1.66 GHz) 10.2

Pros: Good looking netbook that is rather quick givin it's specs. Says I have Bluetooth and it installed the software even though the box says it does'nt. The carry case actually has 2 pockets so there is some small room for accessories.

Cons: I have on MAJOR beef with the way MSI did this netbook. They made the primary partition only 40gigs and used the other 120 gigs as the backup drive D. What a huge waste of hard drive space and a pain to reclaim the bulk of the drive back for files.

Other Thoughts: if your gonna use more that 20 gigs after OS and bloatware install, Better buy Partition Magic 8.1 or prepare to repartition and reinstall the OS. On your first boot it installs the OS so be prepared for it to take 30 min.

Pioneer Black 5X BD-ROM 12X DVD-ROM 32X CD-ROM SATA Internal Blu-Ray Combo Model BDC-202BK
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Has great Hi-def picture and seems fast and smooth. Quiet.

Cons: Installed with a HTPC with Vista Premium x64. Would not play Blu-Ray disks without the upgrade on Pioneer's website. Also has no native support in Media Center. Must use 3rd party player to watch Blu-ray movies.

Other Thoughts: I hate Blu-ray! Not a bad drive though if you like it. Ran with a Q6600 and 4 gigs of ram without any hiccups.
