Pros: full hd; inexpensive when on sale; dvi and vga inputs; good colors; crisp text.
Cons: It took a lot of adjusting to get correct color saturation without washout. Had to use video card's software to remove all brightness (0%) and just 37% contrast and increase digital vibrance to 67%. (Nvida GT550ti) I like it now.
Other Thoughts: Out of the box there is way too much brightness and contrast. I was totally disappointed until I used the video card's software to adjust. Previous 20" Acer monitor required very little adjustments.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Seems to be very fast and stable. Takes Windows 7 to another level.
Cons: Windows 8 is designed for touch-enabled devices. Microsoft was just flat petulant and wrong not to include an option to enable a start-button interface. However, sourceforge.net has classic shell that makes this otherwise decent operating system useable for non-touch devices (most desktops and laptops).READ FULL REVIEW
