Pros: It works. You can connect it to just about any monitor type. It's quiet and power efficient. It has CUDA cores for doing some heavy tasks. Works great on linux.
Cons: I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with a low profile bracket... but mine didn't. Not going to dock anyway.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Benchmarked at around 105MB/s for read, so that was nice. It's a lot smaller than I imagined and will be a great addition to my ultrabook for a seperate OS. It was pretty cheap for it's storage and physical size.
Cons: Really easy to lose, but that isn't the manufactureres fault. Low sustained write speeds ~3.5MB/s, but I really don't care since I need ROW. Doesn't come in black, oh well, just that much harder to find if you lose it anyway.
Other Thoughts: Does get a little warm, not sure what to think of thatREAD FULL REVIEW

Also I'm not sure if the heatsink is more cosmetic than anything, but I don't like it on there because either the RAM needs which is silly that such low power and speed RAM would need it, or that they are adding metal to a product for cosmetics to appeal to misguided enthusiastsREAD FULL REVIEW
