Pros: I use this with Skype for the better part of my work day. The office here in NY has a lot of wireless interference and this headset works flawlessly all of the time. The call quality is impeccable, and the battery life is just right - aided by the easy-to-use drop-in charging stand. Unlike Bluetooth, I like that there is no manual pairing, it "just works" right from the start. When Bluetooth only has a few feet of range, I can easily walk to the coffee machine in the middle of a call. It comes with every conceivable kind of earpiece, hook and headband to make sure you can find one that will be comfortable for you. Compared with the weight of other headsets it's very cozy even on one ear. I think the call quality is one of the biggest selling points, because you'll sound great even if there's a fair bit of conversation going on around you. In addition to Skype, it works with every app on my Windows 8 computer that I've tried to use it with, including listening to iTunes music and regular windows sounds.
Cons: Since the headset doesn't use Bluetooth I can't use it with my iPhone or iPad, but that's the trade-off for the extremely good call quality and range.
Other Thoughts: I did a lot of research before buying this, and yes it costs more than bluetooth headsets but it will be well worth your money. The W440-M and its predecessor both review very well, and I think those opinions are well deserved. As a professional, you need great tools to be successful and I'm glad to count this among them.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Perfect length to cover the gap between the "back of your computer on the floor" and the "top-front of your desk" if you need to. I used it to move the receiver for my wireless keyboard and mouse closer to improve their connection in a "noisy" office. It works perfectly. The construction is solid and doesn't feel "cheap". Definitely a quality product.
Cons: None at all.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: On my 16-core machine, this SSD improved my Windows Experience Index from 5.9 to 7.1, but the responsiveness of virtually everything on the system has improved dramatically. My company has been using these in 64-core servers as well, and we have not been disappointed.
Cons: It even includes the 2.5 to 3.5" mounting bracket. I can't think of anything else I would want. No reliability problems here.READ FULL REVIEW
